Senator Friedman has secured $75,000 in funding for LexSeeHer's "Something Is Being Done" monument! Seen below, sculptor Meredith Bergmann welcomes Senator Friedman for a studio visit where the model for the sculpture is being created in clay. The work will then move to the foundry where it will be cast in bronze. The monument will be installed in two phases. First, in fall 2023, the granite plaza will be installed. The bronze sculpture will be installed in spring 2024, with an anticipated unveiling in May. There is $8,000 remaining to be raised to make the fall installation possible.
